When sending message via SMS or Email Campaigns, if you wish to cancel sending these campaigns then you can easily do that.
Its important to note that only messages not in queue would be stopped from being sent.
To cancel or stop these messages you can follow these steps.
1. Navigate to Campaigns(PC760).
2. Under Campaigns, hit Attach Customer to Campaign(PC763).
3. You have the ability to cancel both scheduled and under-processing Email as well as SMS campaigns.
4. Upon cancellation, an Alert Dialog box will prompt you to state the reason for cancellation.
5. Campaign Successfully cancelled.
