What to do if customers are not getting email notifications?

If your customers are not receiving email notifications or if the emails are going to spam please follow these instructions.

Check the SPF record before sending any email for a new client domain name. SPF records may be checked as follows.

1) Type the domain name into the "Domain to verify" box in the link below.

2) Type only the text that follows the '@' sign in the email address (i.e. MTIA.com)

3) The SPF record will be just under "DNS Record". Please just ensure that "include:spf.vcaremail.com" is in the listed record.

4) If the SPF record does not show 'include:spf.vcaremail.com' in the listed record please add using the domain provider settings pages
