The Telgoo5 Winback process involves reaching out to customers who have recently transferred out their accounts and enticing them to come back to our company. Here are the steps mentioned below that how we make the Winback process seamless:
Step 01: Connect with Disconnected Customer- We send a personalized NLAD Transfer Out email that includes an appealing winback offer. This email is designed to catch the customer's attention and spark their interest in returning to your company.
Step 02: Apply Winback Link- We provide a user-friendly Winback link within the email. When the customer clicks on this link, they are directed to a confirmation screen, where they can review the benefits of returning to your company.
Step 03: Simple Confirmation Process- To proceed with the Winback process, the customer simply needs to click on the confirmation button on the redirected screen from the email notification. This action instantly reconnects their account with your company.
Step 04: Confirmation Email- After the reconnection, we promptly send the customer another confirmation email, reaffirming their successful return to your company. This email serves as a reassurance and provides any additional information they may need.

Activate NLAD Transfer Out Email Template.
Add Winback URL to the Email Template as %WINBACK_URL%.
When a customer account is transfer out through NLAD, he receives NLAD Transfer Out Email and he has to click on Winback Button/URL.
After clicking on Winback button, he is redirected to Winback Confirmation Screen. Here customer provides his consent for reconnection and clicks on Submit button on confirmation Screen.
Once customer clicks on Submit button on Winback process confirmation screen, a reconnection confirmation message will be displayed.
As well as he will get another email notification for reconnection confirmation.
The above email will be received by customer, if ACP Transfer In template is activated in Telgoo5.
Sometimes in the Winback confirmation screen, a situation may arise where a condition occurs that the reactivation process fails through NLAD. In such cases, an alert is displayed to the customer in the same screen as requesting them to reach out to the customer support team for further assistance.
