Billing and Invoice (PC75) is a comprehensive section in Telgoo5 that offers customer's invoice related features. It provides a mechanism for generating and managing invoices, which are documents that detail the charges for devices or services that have been provided to a customer. This section typically works by recording the details of each transaction, including the products or services provided, the price, taxes or charges, and the payment terms. The system then generates an invoice, which can be sent to the customer by email.
To access Billing and Invoice, you have to open a customer account in Telgoo5 CSR. Then clicks on Billing and Invoice (PC75) option in left panel.

Once you open Billing and Invoice (PC75) of a customer, Invoices (PC72) section displays by default.
