Early Payments (PC1004) feature allows agent to check the Device Payment Plan (DPP) and take actions on it.
There are two sub-features:
1. Pay Future Installments
2. Generate an Invoice for Future Installments on an Upcoming Invoice
To access Early Payments:
Go to example.telgoo5.com >> Log in to Telgoo5 >> Select a customer >> Click on Customer Service (PC400) >> Click on Billing and Invoice (PC75) >> Click on Early Payments (PC1004)
Features of Early Payments:
1. Device Installment - This dropdown button will show all the devices that have installments. If the account is a multi-line account, you can select a specific device. Click on the Submit button to apply any changes.
2. Under Device Installment - This section will show the following details for the selected device:
- Agreement start date
- Phone price
- Amount billed to date
- Monthly payments remaining
- Remaining balance
- Agreement status
3. Pay Now Future Installment of Amount $XXX.XX - This option will automatically change the bill type of the remaining future DPPs to "Billed" and the customer will be charged at the same time.
4. Generate Invoice of Future Installments of Amount $XXX.XX - This option will automatically change the bill type of the remaining future DPPs to "Billed" and the charge amount will be added to the upcoming invoice. The user will have to pay the amount on the next bill.
5. Details of DPP - Under the "Pay Now Future Installment" and "Generate Invoice of Future Installments" buttons, the details of the DPP are mentioned:
- No.
- Product type
- Amount
- Installment month
- Installment date
- Bill type
- Billed invoice number
