Discount Credit Log (PC843) feature allows agents to check details of Discount Credit Transactions in Telgoo5 system.

To access Discount Credit Log:

Go to example.telgoo5.com >> Log in to Telgoo5 >> Select a customer >> Click on Customer Service (PC400) >> Click on Billing and Invoice (PC75) >> Click on Discount Credit Log (PC843)

Features of Discount Credit Log:

1. ID- This will show the number of entries

2. Amount- This will show the Amount of Discount Credit Transaction

3. Type - This will show the type of Discount Credit Transaction (CR/DR)

4. Credit Discount Type- This will show the type of Discount Credit (TAF - Refer a Friend Credit/ Manager Approved Credit)

5. Created by- This will show the creator of the transaction

6. Created Date- This will show the date and time of Discount Credit entry
