Declined Payment (PC932) feature allows agents to check Declined Payment Transactions in Telgoo5 system.
To access Declined Payment:
Go to example.telgoo5.com >> Log in to Telgoo5 >> Select a customer >> Click on Customer Service (PC400) >> Click on Billing and Invoice (PC75) >> Click on Declined Payment (PC932)
Features of Declined Payment:
1. No. # - This will show the number of entries
2. Name on Card- This will show the Name on the card for that particular declined transaction.
3. Transaction Type- This will show the declined transaction’s type
4. Transaction Date- This will show the date and time of declined transaction
5. Card Type- This will show the card type – Visa or MasterCard
6. CC# (Credit Card Number)- This will show the Credit Card Number
7. Address 1- This will show the permanent address
8. Address 2- This will show the temporary Address
9. City- This will show the City
10. State- This will show the State
11. ZIP- This will show the ZIP
12. Transaction ID- This will show the Transaction ID of Declined Transaction
13. Source- This will show the source of transaction
14. Amount- This will show the Amount of Declined Transaction
15. Code- This will show the Code of Declined Transaction
16. Reason- This will show the Reason of Declined Transaction
