Wallet Log (PC466) feature is a tool that allows agents to view and manage transactions that have occurred within a customer's digital wallet. This feature provides a detailed record of all wallet transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and refunds. The log allows agents to quickly and easily review customer transactions and resolve any issues that may arise. In addition to viewing transaction history, the Wallet Log feature also enables agents to transfer funds from one customer's wallet to another customer's wallet.

Features of Wallet Log:
1. No. # - This displays the number of entries in the transaction log.
2. Amount- This displays the amount of the transaction.
3. Date- This displays the date and time of the transaction.
4. Type- This displays the type of transaction, such as credit (Cr) for adding funds to the wallet or debit (Dr) for using or refunding funds from the wallet.
5. Purchase Type- This displays the type of purchase associated with the transaction, such as "Add Wallet" for adding funds or "Wallet Debit" for using or refunding funds.
6. Transaction ID- This displays a unique identification number for the transaction, which can be used for tracking and reference.
7. Invoice Number- his displays the invoice number associated with the transaction, if one is mapped. Note that not all transactions will have an invoice number.
8. Created by- This displays the name of the agent who created the transaction entry.
9. Source- This displays the source of the transaction, such as "CSR" for transactions made through customer service representatives or "Website" for transactions made online.
10. Action- This column includes a "Transfer" button, which allows agents to transfer funds from one customer's wallet to another.
11. Transfer- When the "Transfer" button is clicked, a pop-up appears showing fields for entering the customer ID, transfer amount, and the receiving customer ID. The agent must enter the correct customer ID in order to complete the transfer. Note that the agent cannot change the transfer amount.
