PC384 Add Stock

Users can add SIM and/or CDMA devices in stock. Inventory that is added by using PC384 Add Stock option can only be used in the following cases:

  • It can be assigned to dropship orders.
  • It can be swapped on the existing accounts.
  • It can be used by customers on website for in hand activations.

But the inventory which is added by using PC384 Add Stock option can not be used by field agents/retailers/distributors/master agents to process handover. In order to process handover inventory must be added as either of the following:

  • Add pre-activated (PC4)
  • Add and activate (PC6)
  • Add and assign non activated (PC5)

Dependency permissions

When you give users access to PC384 Add Stock, you also need to give access to the following permissions because PC384 Add Stock falls under these permission sets.

  • PC382 Inventory
  • PC345 Manage Inventory
  • PC1 Add Units
  • PC2 Single Upload
  • PC3 Bulk upload (You can give either PC2 or PC3 or both PC2 and PC3 permission. But at least these needs to be given for user to upload add Stock)
