The Campaign Management system in Telgoo5 allows you to send Email/SMS notifications according to the customer's preference at the time of launching a campaign. This ensures that customers who have opted out of promotional alerts will not receive any unwanted notifications, while customers who have not opted out will receive the promotional content.
When you click on the Start Campaign icon in under the Action column in Telgoo5 Campaign Setup screen, a popup window will appear with two options: Yes or No related to the customer's preference.
- Yes (Select Yes, If you want to stop sending promotion to not allowed customer through Customer Preference or Plan Preference).
- No (Select No, If you want to send promotion to all customer and ignore the customer preference).
Selecting the Yes option means that you do not want to send promotions to customers who have opted out through their Customer Preference or Plan Preference settings. Selecting the No option means that you want to send promotions to all customers and ignore their preference settings.
A campaign is launched with the Yes option, customers who have chosen to stop promotional SMS notifications (PC805) will not receive any SMS notifications related to the campaign. Similarly, customers who have chosen to stop promotional email notifications (PC805) will not receive any email notifications related to the campaign. This ensures that customers who have opted out of promotional alerts will not receive any unwanted notifications.
