Customers' preferences for receiving email and SMS notifications refer to their specific choices regarding how they would like to receive updates or information. Some customers may prefer to receive notifications via email, while others may prefer SMS or text messages. It ultimately depends on the individual's communication preferences. By offering customer's preference for Email/SMS notification, our system can tailor the communication channel according to the individual's preferences which leads a higher engagement and satisfaction.
In Telgoo5, customers can manage their preferences for receiving Email and SMS notifications through the Customer Preference section. They can choose to enable or disable promotional Email/SMS and transactional Email/SMS notifications. If a customer chooses to enable the Stop Promotional Email preference, they will not receive any promotional emails from the campaign management system. Similarly, if they enable the Stop Promotional SMS preference, they will not receive any promotional SMS alerts from the system. You can also Stop Transaction Email and Transactional SMS too.
It is important to note that customers who opt out of promotional alerts may still receive other types of notifications such as transactional or service-related Emails and SMS alerts. Additionally, the campaign management system will exclude customers who have opted out of promotional alerts from any future promotional campaigns.
