Search the customer .
- Once the customer is located, navigate to the top of the screen and click on the status indicator.
- In the drop-down menu for status, select the reason for the change.

Modify the connection type to either electronically or non-electronically.

Electronically: Changes made will be reflected in both Carrier and Telgoo5 systems.

Non-electronically: Changes will be reflected solely in the Telgoo5 system.
