User Activity Report (PC1200)

The User Activity Report (PC1200)  enables you to monitor and track all activities performed by users in Telgoo5. This report provides valuable insights into user actions, helping to ensure transparency, accountability, and efficient system management.

The User Activity Report tracks all user activities on the platform. Not only does it capture standard user actions, but it also enables you to monitor users who have run or downloaded any customer or other reports from Telgoo5. This powerful tracking capability ensures complete visibility into every action taken within the system.

You can access this report from the All Reports section in the system. However, to view and utilize the report, you must have the PC1200 permission code granted to your user account. This ensures that only authorized personnel can access user activity data.

 

 

The User Activity Report (PC1200) provides detailed information about user activities on the platform. It includes the following key details:

  • The type and specific name of the event performed, such as logins, payments, or other system actions.
  • Customer and enrollment details related to the activity.
  • User login IDs, geographical information, and IP addresses to track the origin of actions.
  • The source platform, browser, and device details to understand the technical context of the activity.
  • Master agents, distributors, retailers, and employees involved in the actions, offering a clear chain of accountability.

 

  • EVENT TYPE: Indicates the category of the event, such as "Login" or "Payment," providing an overview of the type of user action recorded.

  • EVENT NAME: Describes the specific action performed by the user, such as "Telgoo5Login" or "Save Card."

  • CUSTOMER ID: The customer account involved in the activity.

  • ENROLLMENT ID: Enrollment related to a particular enrollment, if applicable. This may be empty for some events.

  • USER LOGIN ID: The login ID of the user performing the activity. This provides a direct reference to the user account.

  • LATITUDE: The geographical latitude of the user's location, if available.

  • LONGITUDE: The geographical longitude of the user's location, if available.

  • IP ADDRESS: The IP address from which the activity was performed, helping in tracking the origin of the action.

  • SOURCE: Indicates the platform or interface used for the action, such as "Telgoo5" or "CSR."

  • ACTIVITY DATETIME: The date and time when the activity occurred, providing a timestamp for the action.

  • BROWSER DETAIL: Information about the browser used by the user, including the version, helping in identifying the technical environment.

  • DEVICE INFO: Details about the device used, such as the operating system and version.

  • MASTER AGENT: The master agent associated with the user or the action.

  • DISTRIBUTOR: The distributor linked to the user or activity.

  • RETAILER: The retailer associated with the user or the action.

  • EMPLOYEE: The name of the employee who performed the activity, if applicable.
