The Auto-pay Report (PC665) provides users with access to a comprehensive report displaying both active and canceled auto-pay customers.
This report features convenient search filters to refine results, such as Auto Pay Type (Active Auto-pay Customer/Inactive Auto-pay Customer), Customer ID, and Card Last 4 Digits.

CUSTOMER ID: An auto-generated customer ID assigned to the customer when they are created in Telgoo5.
CREDIT CARD: The last four digits of the card number on which auto pay is set up for the customer.
MDN: Telephone number of the customer in Telgoo5.
ADDRESS : This is the billing address of the customer.
ZIP-CODE: Billing zip code of the customer.
CITY: Billing city of the customer.
STATE: Billing state of the customer.
AUTO-PAY STATUS: This shows if the auto-pay is setup or not.
PURCHASE TYPE: This shows if the auto-pay is setup the for which type of transaction is it setup for data purchase or plan purchases.
AUTO-PAY SETUP DATE: The date when the auto-pay was setup for the customer.
PLAN EXPIRY DATE: Expiration date of the customer's current plan .
CREATE BY: Name of the Telgoo5 user who setup the auto-pay for the customer on the account.
SOURCE: Source through which auto-pay was setup it could be CSR for customer service, Website or
app.
STATUS :Status of the customer in Telgoo5 if it is Active, Suspend or Inactive.
