Users have the flexibility to extract specific reports based on event types and the status of sent notifications, including Success, Processing, Pending, Cancelled, and Failed.

NOTIFICATION TYPE: Indicates whether the notification is sent via SMS, Email, or Both.
EVENT TYPE: Specifies the event prompting the notification.
SUBJECT: Title or subject line of the notification.
TOTAL: The overall count of notifications.
The total count serves as a hyperlink that can be clicked to view more details of the notifications sent.
CUSTOMER ID: An auto-generated customer ID assigned to the customer when they are created in Telgoo5
MDN: Telephone number of the customer in Telgoo5
FROM EMAIL: The service provider's email from which the notification is sent
TO EMAIL: Customer's email address where the notification is being sent.
BCC EMAIL: BCC email address, if applicable
NOTIFICATION TYPE: The notification being sent, can be SMS or Email.
STATUS: The status of the notification .
EVENT TYPE:Type of event triggering the notification
MESSAGE: Content of the notification
ADDED DATE: Date when the notification was added
UPDATED DATE: Date when the notification was last updated
