This document describes the recent implementation of bypassing the NLAD disconnection under 'Bulk Deactivate MDN (PC356)' section.

This feature is added under 'Type-1' and 'Type-2' options of the 'Bulk Deactivate MDN (PC356)' section and is managed through a system configuration. It applies to both ACP and Lifeline programs.

Location of the system configuration: Settings > System Config > Inventory > Show NLAD Button on Bulk Disconnect MDN?( SC805) 

You will have to enable this configuration(turn it to 'Y') to activate this option.

To bypass NLAD disconnection during bulk disconnection, follow the steps below:

For the 'Type-1' option:
Select the NLAD Disconnect (Y/N) option as 'Y' to bypass NLAD disconnection.

For the Type-2 option:
The sample file that you download will have a 'CGM/NLAD Disconnect (Y/N)' column. Enter 'Y' in that column to bypass the NLAD disconnection for that particular customer.
