To deactivate the customers in bulk. You can apply the following process-
Step 1: Go into the Inventory->Bulk Process(PC 347)->Bulk Deactivate MDN (PC 356)
Step 2: Click on the 'Disconnect Reason ID(Numeric)' to find the Disconnect Reason ID corresponding to the disconnection reason.
Click on the 'NLAD De-Enroll Type' button to view all the de-enroll types.
Step 3: Click on 'Download sample file' as highlighted in the screenshot below to download the sample file.
Step 4: Fill the fields of the sample file which are-
1 MDN of the customer
2. Disconnect Reason ID
3. Vcare Disconnect(accounts will be disconnected from telgoo5 if selected Y).
4. Carrier Disconnect(accounts will be disconnected from the carrier if selected Y).
5. NLAD de-enroll type.
6. Make EBB/ACP Child As Parent(If the account to be disconnected is a parent account, then if chosen 'Y' here, their child account will become the parent account).
Save the file.
Step 5: Click on the button highlighted below and select the file you just saved.
Step 6: Click on 'Start Upload' to upload the file.
Step 7: Click on 'Send to Disconnect' button to start deactivating the accounts.
To de-activate less amount of customers (for example 10 customers), you can follow the process mentioned below-
Step 1: In the Bulk Deactivate MDN (PC356), under the 'Type-1', select the 'Disconnect Reason' from the dropdown.
Step 1: In the Bulk Deactivate MDN (PC356), under the 'Type-1', select the 'Disconnect Reason' from the dropdown.
Step 2: Select 'Vcare Disconnect'(accounts will be disconnected from telgoo5 if selected Y).
Step 3: Select the 'NLAD(De-Enroll Type) from the dropdown.'
Step 4: Select the 'Make EBB/ACP Child As Parent'(If the account to be disconnected is a parent account, then if chosen 'Y' here, their child account will become the parent account).
Step 5: Enter the MDNs of the accounts, each from a new line.
Step 6: Click on the Submit Button.
