Introduction
We have introduced a new config feature, "Suspension Reason IDs to stop restore from plan change function," allowing administrators to control the activation behavior of customer accounts post plan changes, plan renew, or prepaid cron executions.
This functionality operates through a straightforward process:
LOCATION-- System Config (PC234) - Plan Change/Renew Config - Suspension reason ids to stop restore from plan change function
1. Manual Suspension with Reason:
Administrators can manually suspend a customer account, specifying a reason for suspension.
2. Activation Post Events:
Normally, customer accounts automatically activate after plan changes, plan renew, or prepaid cron executions.
3. Configuration Control:
The specific configuration parameter empowers administrators to control activation, preventing automatic restoration under certain conditions.
4. Configurable Reasons:
Administrators can specify Suspension Reason reasons in the configuration.
5. Activation Decision:
If a designated suspension reason is checked in the configuration, the account remains suspended after plan changes, plan renew, or prepaid cron operations.
If the suspension reason is not checked, automatic activation occurs following these events.
