Using Telgoo5 you can create and manage customer notes.
Accessing Customer Notes:
- Navigate to the “Customer Profile (PC56)” screen.
- Scroll down to locate the “Customer Notes” section.
Viewing Existing Customer Notes:
- In the “Customer Notes” section, all existing notes associated with the customer's account are visible.
Adding a New Note:
- Go to the “Add New Note (PC83)” section.
- Fill out all the required fields.
Adding a New Note Type:
- Click on “Add New Note Type (PC450)”.
- Fill out the fields in the displayed Note Type window.
- Click submit to add the new note type.
Viewing All Note Types:
- Once a new note type is successfully added, its details can be viewed in the "All Note Type" section for review or editing purposes.
Managing Customer Notes:
- Refresh, Download, or Expand notes using the icons in the top right corner of the Customer Notes section.
- View archived notes by clicking on “View Archive Notes”.
- Click on “Display Notes” to view all existing customer notes.
- Use the search feature to find specific customer notes by filling the required fields in the displayed popup window.
Modifying Existing Customer Notes:
- Simply click on the pre-existing customer note to modify it.
- A popup window will appear, allowing modifications to the specific note such as changing the priority or making it void.
- Utilize “Mark Void PC(248)” to mark specific customer notes as Void.
- Once marked Void, the note will be inactive within the system.
