Telgoo5 system diligently keeps an eye on transactions that might have occasional problems coming from NLAD. Sometimes these issues can cause delays when creating or reviewing orders. If that happens, we make sure to promptly notify system administrator through email alert.
You can subscribe to NLAD outage notifications in two ways:
1. Using Telgoo5:
- On the Telgoo5 sidebar, navigate to the NLAD outage section (as shown in the screenshot).
- Click on the "Subscribe to Updates" button (as highlighted in the screenshot).
- Enter your email and click "Submit."
2. Via the Agent Portal:
- Log in to the Agent Portal.
- Click on the designated button (highlighted below).
- Enter your email and click "Subscribe via Email."
This will ensure you receive outage notifications.
