You can manage this function through System Config (PC234) "Allow clear device for NLAD failed order at the time of handover (EBB)" section, which falls under the Enrollment Category.
You can set this configuration to "NO." What the system will do is prevent the cancellation of any order in case we receive an error from NLAD, which updates after the Handover process. As a result, the accounts will remain in the Dispatch status. You can later filter these accounts and activate them manually using the Telgoo5 system. Please refer to the screen below for instructions on how to filter accounts that are in the Dispatch status.

The search screen will appear, you can select account status with dispatch as shown in the image below, and then process those accounts if they are stuck on dispatch status due to NLAD fail during Handover-
