You can effortlessly manage existing SMS notifications on Telgoo5 by following these steps:
1. Head to the "Notification" category (PC677) and select "View SMS Notifications" (PC676).
2. Within this interface, you can effortlessly preview all existing email notifications, allowing you to visualize exactly how each notification will appear in the customer's inbox.
3. Additionally, you have a comprehensive list of all added email notifications on this screen.
This includes details such as the event name and its category, the designated carrier, configured state, sender email (which customers will recognize as originating from you, the service provider), email status (active or inactive), creation information (creator's identity and creation date), update details (updated by and updated date), as well as available actions for each event.

View and Edit
Clicking the Edit icon in the actions column grants you the freedom to both add new and modify existing email notifications. Within this editing interface, you can customize various aspects including:
- Altering the sender's email address
- Specifying BCC recipients
- Designating a reply-to address for customer responses
- Crafting the email subject line
- Adjusting notification states or statuses
- Associating notifications with specific plans or subscriptions
- Tailoring the email body verbiage
- Managing the notification's status, toggling between active and inactive.
Edit the notification and hit "Update".
View Report
This functionality enables you view Email reports. It allows you to effortlessly sort it by date, event type, and notification status, including Success, Processing, Pending, Cancelled, or Failed.
