Telgoo5 provides easy and streamlined process to add, update and manage notifications.
To add a new SMS notification, follow these simple steps:
1. Within Telgoo5 dashboard, click on Add New SMS Notification(PC675) under Notification(PC677).
2. Proceed with entteringf all required details in order to set up a SMS notification.
Select Notification Type: Choose from Telgoo5's pre-existing list of notifications you want to setup.
Select Carrier: Pick a carrier from the drop-down list provided.
Select State: Choose the states where you want to send or configure the SMS.
SMS Name: Specify a title for the SMS.
SMS Text: Enter the content of the SMS. A character count feature is integrated at the bottom of the SMS text container.
Note: Messages with up to 160 characters are considered as one message. If the message exceeds 160 characters, it will be split into 2 or more messages depending on the length. Each message incurs an SMS cost, so it's recommended to keep messages clear, concise, and to the point.
You can insert variables within your message. These variables act as placeholders for the text and provide flexibility.
Send SMS on Alternate Number: Indicate whether you wish to send the SMS to the customer's alternate phone number (Y/N).
Status: Set the SMS status as either active or inactive.
Use the Preview button to view how the message will appear.
