Within the Telgoo5 dashboard, locate "Add New Email Notification (PC668)" under "Notification (PC677) section.

Setup Email Notifications

When you click on "Add New E-mail Notification (PC668)," a list of email notifications appears, which you can configure using Telgoo5.

Select Notification Type: Choose a notification type from the drop-down list.

From Name: Enter the name that will appear as the sender of the email.

From Email Address: Enter the email address from which recipients will receive the email.

BCC Email Address: Enter any BCC email addresses, if applicable.

Reply To: Enter the email address where you want to receive customer responses.

Select Carrier: Choose a carrier from the drop-down list.

Email Subject (in English): Enter the subject of the email notification.

Email Text (in English): Compose the body of the email notification.

You can include images, videos, links, and format the text in various ways based on your preferences. Telgoo5 allows you to use variables such as %COMPANY_NAME% as placeholders in your message, offering flexibility and customization.

Status: Indicate whether you want this notification to be active or inactive.

Use the Preview button to view how the message will appear.
