Telgoo5 allows you to view and update pre-existing SMS notifications with ease by following these simple steps:

1. Go to View SMS Notifications (PC676) under Notification (PC677).

2. Preview SMS Notification: This feature allows you to see how the SMS notification will appear on the customer's phone. Simply select the SMS notification from the event name drop-down menu and click 'Preview'.

3. Additionally, the existing detailed SMS notifications are listed below. You can find comprehensive details such as the event name, event category, the state for which the event is configured, SMS title, integrated carrier, schedule type (recurring or one-time), event status (active or inactive), created by, creation date, updated by, update date, and available actions.

In the action column, you have the options to view and edit the event, check SMS notification reports, and preview how the notification will appear on the customer's device.

View and Edit 

For this Notification Edit option, you can:

•  Modify reminder days
• Change the schedule type (set it to either once or recurring)
• Once: Triggers one time only
• Recurring: Triggers daily until the required action is completed
• Add or update states
• Change the plan.
• Edit SMS name and SMS text.
• Change event status (active/inactive)
• Opt to send SMS to an alternate number

Add the changes and click "Update".

View Report

This functionality enables you view SMS reports. It allows you to effortlessly sort it by date, event type, and notification status, including Success, Processing, Pending, Cancelled, or Failed.
