NLAD Transfer permission allows the users to access a report which displays the list of customers who transferred out of the service. This search is can refined by adding a specific date range, selecting type as(Mismatch yes/no) and also provides flexibility to generate report with win-back as yes/no.
Win-back: Selecting "Yes" for Win-back will display accounts of customers who returned to continue their services with you. "No" indicates customers who did not return after transferring out previously.
Mismatch: Selecting "Mis-tmatch Yes" if you want to display accounts which are not found in Telgoo5 and found in NLAD. "Mis-match NO" indicates the customer exists in TG5.

TRANSACTION DATE: The date on which the customer transferred out
TRANSACTION TYPE: Specifies the type of transaction(transfer out)
TRANSACTION EFFECTIVE DATE: The date from which the transaction takes effect
ENROLL ID / CUSTOMER ID: Automatically generated identifier assigned to the customer during enrollment or upon account creation, used for tracking and identification purposes
ENROLL ID: A unique identifier automatically assigned to customers at the beginning of the enrollment process and used to communicate with NLAD
CUSTOMER ID: An auto-generated customer ID assigned to the customer when they are created in Telgoo5 for internal record-keeping
SAC (SERVICE AREA CODE): Code representing the customer's service area state
ACCOUNT TYPE: Specifies the type of account held by the customer, such as ACP (Access Customer Provided), Lifeline, prepaid, or other non-Lifeline categories
MDN (MOBILE DIRECTORY NUMBER): The primary phone number linked to the customer's account
ALTERNATE PHONE NUMBER: Secondary phone number associated with the customer's account, if applicable
NAME: Full name of the customer
ADDRESS: Physical address of the customer
STATE: State of residence or service location
SERVICE INITIATION DATE: The date when the service was first initiated or activated for the customer
PROGRAM: Indicates the specific program or service package the customer is enrolled in, if applicable
DE-ENROLL STATUS: Indicates the enrollment status of the customer, whether they are currently enrolled or have been de-enrolled from a program
DE-ENROLL DATE & TIME: Date and time when the customer got de-enrolled from the service
ETC GENERAL USE: ETC General use and enrollment id in Telgoo5 is same. In NLAD, enrollment ID is denoted as ETC GENERAL USE.
EMAIL: Email address associated with the customer's account.
IS MISMATCH: If an account is not found in Telgoo5 system then those accounts will fall in Mismatch Yes or else if the account is fount in Telgoo5 its termed as No
CURRENT STATUS: Specifies the current status of the customer's account or enrollment.
RE-CONNECTION DATE: The date when the customer's service was reconnected
WIN-BACK (YES/NO): Indicates if the customer has returned to the same service provider after disconnecting (Win back-Yes) or if they have transferred out and not returned (Win back-No)
ACTIVATION DATE: The date when the service was initially activated for the customer.
MASTER AGENT: Master Agent of the agent or employee who enrolled the customer
DISTRIBUTOR: Distributor of the agent or employee who enrolled the customer
RETAILER: Retailer of the agent or employee who enrolled the customer
EMPLOYEE: Name of employee associated with the customer's account or enrollment
