Users can filter this report based on a specific date range and also have the flexibility to search for a particular customer using their unique customer ID.

CUSTOMER ID: A system-generated identification code assigned to customers upon creation in Telgoo5.
OLD MDN: Previous phone number linked to the customer's account.
NEW MDN: Updated phone number associated with the customer's account.
SOURCE: Origin or channel through which the change request was initiated.
CREATED DATE: Date and time when the change request was generated or recorded.
CHANGED BY: Individual or system responsible for initiating or processing the change.
