Telgoo5 operates with a system of user categories and user groups tailored to different roles within the platform.

 

A Telgoo5 user can be a Master Agent, Distributor, Retailer or an Employee. These categories operate within a hierarchical structure, meaning that specific user accounts must have parent accounts at higher levels within Telgoo5.

These users are categorized into user groups with access permissions assigned according to the role of the user.

 

For Example: A user created in Telgoo5 as an Employee is categorized under shipper user group. The users under shipper group would have all the necessary permissions to carry out shipping duties using Telgoo5.

There are many defined user groups in Telgoo5 with necessary permissions assigned.

Each and every permission in Telgoo5 is attached to a Permission Code or PC code.

 

How to verify if a permission is assigned to a user group?

 

These access levels enable the users to perform tasks relevant to their roles, such as administrator, shipper, enrollments by field agents, inventory management and many more.
