Adding a user in Telgoo5 is a quick and streamlined process. Here's a simple guide:
1. Access Telgoo5 settings and navigate to user settings (PC480).
2.Within this section, you have the option to add four distinct user types: Master Agent, Distributor, Retailer, or Employee.
2.1 Master Agent
Click Manage Master agent(PC120) > Add new agent.
2.2 Distributor
Click Manage distributor(PC121) > Add new distributor.
2.3 Retailer
Click Manage retailer(PC122) > Add new retailer.
2.4 Employee
Click Manage employee(PC123) > Add new employee.
3. Depending on the user type you choose, proceed with entering the details to create a user account.
User Group Type: Choose the user group for which you want to grant permissions to the new user.
Master Agent Name: The master agent responsible for the new user's creation.
Distributor Name: The distributor under which the new user is registered.
Retailer Name: The retailer associated with the new user.
First Name: The first name of the user.
Last Name: The last name of the user.
Login ID: The unique login ID the user will use to access Telgoo5.
Password: The password for the user's Telgoo5 login.
Email Address: The email address of the user.
Phone Number: The phone number of the user.
Address: The primary address of the user.
Address 2: Additional address details if needed.
ZIP Code: The ZIP code of the user's address.
City: The city of the user's address.
State: The state of the user's address.
Date of Birth (DOB): The user's date of birth.
Social Security Number (SSN): The user's social security number.
RAD ID: Relevant if the user enrolls ACP customers.
Commission Matrix: Select the commission matrix if the user earns commissions.
Status: Specify if the user is active or inactive.
OTP: Choose whether the user will receive OTP (Yes/No).
Shipper Role: Specify if the user should have the shipper role (Yes/No).
4. Fill all the mandatory details and hit 'Submit'.
The user account has been successfully created. The user can now log in to Telgoo5 using the login ID and password.
