- Go to User Settings (PC480) in the settings menu.
2. Select "Manage Employee" (PC123) and use the search field to find the agent you want to manage. Click on the agent's plan icon in option menu.
3. Once you've chosen the agent, you'll see the Employee Plan Settings. Here, you can specify plan permissions for a particular state and the select plans the agent should have access to.
You have the option to grant permission to individual agent or select multiple agents at once, making it easier for you to manage agents.
4. After setting permissions, click "SAVE" at the bottom of the page to apply the changes.
