- ADD A USER GROUP
1. Navigate to Telgoo5 User Settings(PC480)
2. Under Manage user group (PC12) click on check existing groups and verify if the desired group already exists.
3. If the group doesn't exist and you want to create a new one, select "Add new user group" located at the top right corner.
4. Enter the name of the new user group. Depending on the group's purpose, assign necessary permissions from the list of categories provided.
