Once you're on-boarded with Telgoo5 and after successfully configuring your instance, the Telgoo5 team will furnish you with credentials for both demo and live environments.

These credentials grant access to the Telgoo5 instance, website, and Enrollment portal.

The provision of two sets of credentials, one for demo and the other for live.

It allows all enhancements and upgrades to be initially implemented in the demo environment

Here, thorough testing and verification can be conducted, enabling you to verify the changes on your end.

Once validated, these enhancements are then migrated to the live environment for seamless operation.
