After creating users and verifying user permissions, proceed with adding plans in Telgoo5.
To add plans in Telgoo5,
1. Navigate to Plan config(PC232) in Telgoo5 system settings.
- On the Plan Config page, you'll encounter various options such as viewing plans, top-ups, linked top-ups, and carrier details.
To initiate the addition of a master plan, simply click on the "Add" button under Plan page.
3. A page to enter plan details appears, proceed with adding all the necessary plan related details.
PLAN NAME: Enter a distinctive name for the plan.
PLAN DESCRIPTION: Provide a concise plan description.
PLAN TYPE: Specify the type of plan(prepaid/postpaid/ACP/Lifeline+ACP/Lifeline).
STATES: Indicate the states where you want to activate the plan.
CARRIER SETUP: Describe any specific carrier configurations required for this plan.
PLAN PRICE: Enter the base price of the plan.
ACTIVATION FEE: Specify any activation fees associated with signing up for this plan.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF LINES: Define the maximum number of lines allowed per plan.
DISCOUNT AND CHARGES: Detail any discounts or additional charged applicable to the plan.(Autopay Discount/Regulatory Fee/Admin charges/Discount)
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF LINES ALLOWED: Mention the maximum number of lines allowed for clarity.
PRICE OF 1ST LINE: Specify the price of the first line on the plan.
IS THE PLAN SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE TAXES?: Indicate whether the plan price is subject to taxes(Yes/No).
REGULATORY CODE: Enter any relevant regulatory codes or identifiers associated with the plan.
INDICATE IF THE PLAN PRICE INCLUDES TAXES OR IF TAXES ARE TO BE CHARGED SEPARATELY ON TOP OF THE PRICE: Clarify whether taxes are included in the plan price or if they are charged separately.(Yes/No)
IS UNLIMITED PLAN: Specify if the plan offers unlimited usage(Yes/No). If yes, then specify whether Data Unlimited, Text Unlimited or Minute Unlimited.
GRACE PERIOD DAYS: Define the number of days granted as a grace period for payment.
CHANGE TO THIS PLAN IN CASE OF NON-PAYMENT (GRACE PERIOD PLAN): Describe any changes to the plan that occur if payment is not made within the grace period.
ACCOUNT STATUS DURING GRACE PERIOD: Explain the account status during the grace period(Suspend/Deactivate/Activate)
PREPAYMENT FOR THE PLAN: Specify any prepayment requirements for the plan.(Yes/No)
ACCOUNT STATUS AFTER GRACE PERIOD EXPIRATION: Detail the account status once the grace period expires(Suspend/Deactivate)
Plan Display Settings:
Indicate the areas where you wish to display the created plan by checking the appropriate boxes.
Breakdown of tax configuration:
For plans subject to taxation, please provide the tax amount percentage for voice, data, and text services, along with their corresponding transaction codes and tax exemption codes.
Note: Please consult your tax compliance team for the appropriate tax-related codes.
4. Add all the mandatory fields and click Submit. Plan is successfully added.
