To begin your enrollment journey with Telgoo5, the final step involves integrating and validating Email and SMS notifications.
Telgoo5's team configures default email and SMS notifications that they believe are essential for your use. You have the option to verify these default notifications and the flexibility to add more if necessary.
Within the Telgoo5 Dashboard, navigate to the Notifications(PC677).
(Under Notifications, you can add new email/SMS/Push notifications and view email/SMS/push notifications)
To confirm or edit the Email notifications added, navigate to View Email Notification (PC677).
Within this section, you can verify the default emails that have been added for you. This includes details such as the event name, category, configured states, scheduled type (recurring or once), the sender's email address for the notification, any BCC emails included, the status (active or inactive), and the details of the creator and updater along with their respective creation and update dates.

To enhance the deliverability and security of the email notifications sent to your customers, our notification system is now linked with an SPF validator. This validator authenticates your domain records, ensuring that all receiving email gateways recognize Telgoo5 as authorized to send email notifications on your behalf.
