1. To access the multiline account and its associated lines, click on the user group icon next to the customer ID. This will display all the lines linked to the account, along with their status (Parent or Child).
2. Identify the Parent Line that needs attention. Ensure that you have the Parent Line displayed on your screen before proceeding with any changes.
3. If the Parent Line is currently inactive, you have two options:
a) If you want to reactivate the Parent Line and renew the plan for both lines from the Parent Line:
· Follow the necessary steps to reactivate the Parent Line.
· Once the Parent Line is active again, proceed to renew the plan for both lines using the Parent Line.
b) If you prefer to keep the Parent Line inactive:
· Remove the child line from the account, which will make it an independent line.
· Renew the plan for the independent line.
4. If you still need both lines to be associated together, and the child line should become the new Parent Line:
· Select the child line and make it the parent line by following the appropriate steps.
· Once the child line is converted to a parent line, proceed to renew the plan for both lines.
Note: Ensure that you have the necessary permissions and access rights to perform these actions on the multiline account and its associated lines.
