Zip Code: This step indicates that the applicant entered their zip code but left the web page before completing the enrolment process.

Personal Information: This step indicates that the applicant did not provide their personal information and left the enrolment process unfinished.

Address: This step indicates that the applicant entered their personal information but left the page where they were required to input their address.

Household Questions: This step denotes that the applicant left the web page where the system prompts questions related to their household.

National Verifier EBB/Eligibility: This step denotes that the applicant left during the eligibility check at the national verifier stage.

Plans & Device: This step denotes that the applicant left while in the process of selecting a plan and device.

Preview: This step denotes that the applicant left at the final page, the preview page of the enrolment process.
