Telgoo5 provides the capability to modify the APS for customers on the Plum carrier. Service providers can alter the APS for a single customer through the CSR and also for multiple customers as per their business requirements.
Let’s start from the APS change process in bulk from Telgoo5.
Telgoo5 --> Inventory --> Bulk Process(PC347) --> Bulk APS change (PC952)

APS Change Type: There are two options provided to change APS in Telgoo5.
- Change APS from Bulk upload: User needs to upload MDN and APS to change the New APS on each MDN’s (Screen capture TBP002)
- Change APS by Plan wise: This selection will allow users to select any plan as per their need. (Screen capture TBP003)
Plan: Once a user made a selection from “Change APS by Plan wise” two more option enabled for user and total active customers count will also appear just after the plan selection.
APS Selection Type: There are 2 types of APS selection.
- From Plan current APS: If any user made this selection then all customer with the selected plan will be updated with same APS
- I want to update New APS: This selection will present an additional list of APS to users so they can have an ability to choose any available APS.
Bulk APS plan change
Any agent from telgoo5 can change APS by uploading the CSV file with required field MDN and APS

APS Change from CSR
CSR Agents have an option to change APS for a customer at any time. From CSR they need to click on Change APS (PC922) and system will redirect users to a new screen “CSR Screen for Changes APS” CSR agents will see two fields:
- Phone number: Not editable filed, this is a customer mobile number.
- Change APS to: System will populate all Plan names where any APS is mapped.
