It is an automated feature offered by Telgoo5 to assist customers in completing their enrollment process for the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). If a customer has not fully in the ACP and has left his order in middle, they will receive reminders via email to encourage them to return and finish the process.
There are two methods for sending incomplete enrollment email notifications to customers in Telgoo5:
- Automated through a system cron that runs in every 30 minutes.
- Manually using the "Send Email" button in the Incomplete Enrollment report.
To send incomplete enrollment to a customer, you must have to keep active incomplete enrollment template. See below image.
1. Automated through a system cron that runs in every 30 minutes.
If an incomplete enrollment template is added in Telgoo5 system and a customer leaves the enrollment process after entering his name and email on the first page, the system will automatically send a confirmation email to the customer within 30 minutes.
2. Manually using the "Send Email" button in the Incomplete Enrollment report.
Alternatively, Telgoo5 system can also manually send an email to the customer by following a set of steps.
If a customer leaves enrolment process. You can send an email for forcing him to resume ACP order from Telgoo5 system with the help of following steps.
STEP 01: Log in Telgoo5 system and click on the Incomplete Enrollment Report (PC795) at the left panel.
STEP 02: You can see all the incomplete enrollments orders here in this report. Now click on View Details button in front of any incomplete enrollment.
STEP 03: To send an e-mail manually clicks Send mail to customer button.
STEP 04: If a customer receives an email for an incomplete enrollment and clicks on the Resume My Application button, he/she will be taken to the point in the enrollment process where they left off and will be able to complete their enrollment from that redirected webpage.
STEP 05: After clicking on the RESUME MY APPLICATION button in above email, the following page will be redirected. Customer has to enter the same ZIP code and Email address to reach on the page where he left.
From here customer gets the further webpage from where he can complete the enrollment process.
