Telgoo5 provides a feature for Adding Existing Customer to other Parent Account. If you need to add existing customer to other parent account, Existing customer should be single line only and should be in active status with same plan or any other plan. You can able to add single customer or multiple customers at a time.
Here are the following steps to Add Existing Customer into another account.
Step 01: Log in Telgoo5 system.
Step 02: Search Parent Account.
Step 03: Now click on Add Member which redirects to Add Existing Customer.
Step 04: Now Enter the MDN which you need to add to parent account.
Step 05: Now Click on Submit button account will be added successfully.
Search Parent account in CSR.
Add Member Link for upgrading to a Family Plan
After Searching parent account, now click on Add Member Link which redirects Upgrade to Family Plan tab.
Page will be redirected into Upgrade to Family plan tab, now click on Add Existing Customer button.
Enter the MDN which is required to be added and submitted.
After clicking on submit button, below screen will be appeared with customer info, where you have to click on submit button.

After clicking on Submit button, a transaction summary will be displayed the child plan’s changed info as well as how many lines have been added with parent MDN.
Now check customer in CSR (through Telgoo5 dashboard search) to confirm that existing customer is added successfully as a child there.

How to Change Account Type from Child to Parent account?
Telgoo5 now provides you an option to change account type from child to parent from CSR screen.
Search an account, and see that below highlighted icon there which indicates as family account. Click on it and get all accounts information which are associated to this parent account. Under the line info section, Make Parent button allows you to change Child account into a Parent Account.

All child and patent accounts information will be displayed in line info section under a parent account.
Click on Make Parent to change the child account as parent account. All the family plan activities will be remained same.
Remove any Line From Family Plan
Telgoo5 provides an ability to remove any customer from current family plan through CSR section, where that account will be changed to a separate line. Remove line activity is available under the action column in customer line info section.
Remove line Screen
Click on Remove button to complete the process.
