This report can be filtered by Master Agent, Distributor, Retailer, and Employee.
Additionally, the search can be further narrowed by a specific date range and customer ID.

CHANGE ESN STATUS: Indicates the status change of the ESN upon replacement.
OLD MODEL: The model or type of the old device.
NEW ESN: The Electronic Serial Number (ESN) associated with the new device.
NEW MODEL: The model or type of the new device.
USER: The user or owner of the device.
SWAPPED DATE: The date when the ESN swap or replacement occurred.
NOTES: Additional notes or comments related to the ESN change.
AGENT NOTE: Specific notes or comments provided by the agent involved in the ESN change.
OLD MASTER AGENT: The master agent associated with the old device.
OLD DISTRIBUTOR: The distributor associated with the old device.
OLD RETAILER: The retailer associated with the old device.
NEW MASTER AGENT: The master agent associated with the new device.
NEW DISTRIBUTOR: The distributor associated with the new device.
NEW RETAILER: The retailer associated with the new device.
NEW EMPLOYEE: The employee associated with the new device.
CHANGE TYPE: The type of change, can be electronic (apply changes on carrier) or non electronic(changes not applicable on carrier).
SOURCE: The source from where ESN change occurred (CSR, Inventory,etc).
