The History Change report allows you to generate comprehensive insights into various aspects of customer history.
This includes Customer A/C history, Plan History, Telgoo5 CSR search history, Resend History, NLAD history, Name History, ESN history, MDN status history, and Address history.
Additionally, the report offers flexibility by enabling you to find specific history details for an individual user through the Customer ID input field.

CUSTOMER ID: An auto-generated customer ID assigned to the customer when they are created in Telgoo5.
MDN: The phone number associated with the customer's account.
STATUS: The account status for the selected date range
DATE TIME: The date time stamp when the change was made on the account
POSTED BY: The agent name or the cron operation by which the change was made
