The Enrollment detail report allows the users to access detailed customer information who got enrolled for the service.
To narrow the search, the users have the flexibility to choose it for specific Master Agent, Distributor, Retailer, Employee, search it for specific date, Status of enrollment(Completed, Rejected,Review Pending,Handover Pending, Incomplete, sent shipment), and pre-activated sim consent(Yes/No).

ENROLL ID: An auto-generated enrollment ID assigned to the customer.
FIRST NAME: The first name of the customer.
LAST NAME: The last name of the customer.
ADDRESS1: The first line of the customer's address.
ADDRESS2: The second line of the customer's address (if applicable).
DOB (Date of Birth): The date of birth of the customer.
CITY: The city of the customer's address.
STATE: The state of the customer's address.
ZIP: The zip code of the customer's address.
STATUS: The current status of the customer's enrollment or account.
MASTER AGENT NAME: Name of the master agent associated with the customer.
DISTRIBUTOR NAME: Name of the distributor associated with the customer.
RETAILER NAME: Name of the retailer associated with the customer.
EMPLOYEE NAME: Name of the agent associated with the customer.
ORDER SOURCE: Source through which the customer's enrollment or account was created (e.g., website,enrollment portal, API).
CREATED DATE: Date when the customer's enrollment or account was created.
PORT IN STATUS: Status of the port-in process, if applicable, indicating whether the customer's number was transferred from another carrier.
