The Active Customer with Plan Report allows users to view active plans within the system, sorted by states, along with the total number of customers in each state with that particular plan.

STATE: The state where the customer's service address is located.
PLAN: The name of the plan for which active customers are being searched.
TOTAL CUSTOMER: The total number of customers associated with the specified state and plan.
Note: The total number of customers serves as a hyperlink for downloading detailed customer information, including enrollment ID, customer ID, personally identifiable information (PII), MDN (Mobile Directory Number), plan, carrier, account type (government-assisted or non-Lifeline), account status, activation date, and tribal status.
