NOTE TYPE: Indicates the classification of the note
NOTE STATUS: Denotes the current status of the note, which can be active or inactive
COUNT: Represents the total number of notes associated with the selected note type
Note: Clicking on the note count number hyperlink allows access to additional details including Customer ID, MDN, Customer Name, Caller ID, State, EnrollID, Posted Date and Time, Priority, Posted By, Note Type, Sub-Note Type, and Notes.
