This report can be filtered by Master Agent, Distributor, Retailer, and Employee.
Additionally, the search can be further narrowed by a specific date range and customer ID.

ESN: The Electronic Serial Number (ESN) associated with the customer's device.
OLD DEVICE: Description or details of the old device being replaced.
CHANGE DEVICE STATUS: Indicates the status change being replaced(Free,bad,removed,etc).
NEW DEVICE: Description or details of the new device being provided to the customer.
USER: The user who made changes on the customer account.
SWAPPED DATE: The date when the device swap or replacement occurred.
NOTES: Additional notes or comments related to the device swap, if applicable.
AGENT NOTE: Specific notes or comments provided by the agent involved in the device swap.
OLD MASTER AGENT: The master agent associated with the old device.
OLD DISTRIBUTOR: The distributor associated with the old device.
OLD RETAILER: The retailer associated with the old device.
OLD EMPLOYEE: The employee associated with the old device.
NEW MASTER AGENT: The master agent associated with the new device.
NEW DISTRIBUTOR: The distributor associated with the new device.
NEW RETAILER: The retailer associated with the new device.
NEW EMPLOYEE: The employee associated with the new device.
SOURCE: The source from where the device replacement occurs(CSR,Inventory,etc).
