We’re excited to introduce the new Port-Out Lock feature in Telgoo5, designed to enhance control over customer port-out requests and prevent unauthorized port-outs.
Key Features:

Full Control: Easily approve or deny port-out requests.

Automatic Denials: Requests with an active port-out lock on the customer profile will be automatically denied. Customer will need to contact the service provider to remove the lock and resubmit the request.

Simple Management: Toggle the lock/unlock setting directly from the customer profile.
How to set it up in Telgoo5:

Enable the Feature: Set the Port Out Lock Option (SC1481) system configuration to ‘Y’.

Set Permissions: Ensure your user group has the Port-out Lock (PC1201) permission in user settings.
