The Change Activation Type feature offers users the flexibility to change their preferred activation method during the new activation or number porting (Port-In) process. It supports various scenarios, including standard activations, port-in requests, and eSIM setups (with or without preloaded SIM or eSIM options).
There are situations when a customer has placed an order but then needs to change their porting and/or sim type activation details before the activation has actually taken place.
Some of these scenarios include the customer changing their mind about porting/sim type, device changes, and activation issues.
Telgoo5 now supports making changes to the porting decision and/or sim type after an order has already been placed but before it is fulfilled.
