You now have the ability to gather vital user information, including IP addresses, browser specifications, and geographical locations when a user logs in.

The Allow Location Share for Agent Login (SC1508) feature must be enabled under user settings for it to take effect.

This feature enables the system to gather vital user information, including IP addresses, browser specifications, login credentials, and geographical locations upon user consent.

• IP Address: The system records the user's public IP address, helping to identify the network from which the login request originated. This information is crucial for network security monitoring and identifying potential threats.
  
  
  
• Browser Details: Key details about the user's browser, such as browser type, version, and operating system, are captured. This data aids in troubleshooting compatibility issues and ensures optimal performance across different devices.
  
  
  
• Login ID: The system stores the user's unique login identifier (e.g., username or email) for authentication purposes. This information is used to track user activities and maintain an audit trail of login attempts.
  
  
  
• Latitude and Longitude: The precise geographical coordinates of the user, as provided by their device, are saved. This helps verify the user's location during the login process and can be used for location-based security checks.

By capturing and storing this data, the Telgoo5 Location Tracking feature strengthens the system's security, offering robust tracking and auditing for every login attempt.

The system requires the user's geographic location to be shared in order to complete the login process. The user must allow location access when prompted by the browser for the login process to continue.

If the user denies location access, the login attempt will fail, and the user will be notified of the necessity of location sharing for authentication.

Configuring Location Tracking

You need to allow Allow Location Share for Agent Login configuration in System config in order for this to function.

The User Activity Report (PC1200) is a report designed to capture and store detailed user-related data. 

• Browser details: Information about the browser used by the user, such as the browser type, version, and other relevant details.
  
  
• Device information: Data about the device used for access, including device type (mobile, desktop, etc.), operating system, and other
  device-specific details.
  
  
• Latitude and longitude: The geographical coordinates indicating the user's location at the time of the activity.
  
  
• Login ID: The unique identifier of the user who initiated the activity.
  
  
• Event name: The specific action or event being logged, such as login, logout, or other user activities.

This report provides a comprehensive view of user interactions, enabling more effective tracking and analysis of user behavior and activity.
