The "Allow Portout Lock option" system configuration in Telgoo5, allows you to choose whether a port-out request can be approved or denied.
If a customer's profile has the port-out lock turned ON, any port-out requests will be automatically rejected due to the lock.
To proceed with the port-out, the customer must first request the removal of the port-out lock and then submit a new port-out request.
STEP 1 : Enable Port out Lock Option in System Config.
To enable this system configuration, follow these steps:
1. Locate General section in Telgoo5 System Config (PC234).
2. Find the Allow Port Out Lock Option(SC1481).
3. Set the option to "Y".
4. Click "Submit," then log out and log back into Telgoo5 to apply the changes.
STEP 2 : Grant Permission to Enable or Disable Port Out Lock
1. Log in to Telgoo5 and navigate to User Settings (PC480).
2. Under Manage User Groups(PC12), click check the existing groups.
3. Click on Manage Permissions for the group you want to give Port Out Lock permission to.
4. Find Portout Lock(PC1201) under Miscellaneous Permissions and grant permission to it.
Step 3: Verify the Port Out Lock Toggle on the Customer Profile
1. Once you have the necessary permissions, search for the customer's profile.
2. Locate the 'Portout Lock (PC1201)' toggle in the customer information section.
