In Telgoo5, we have recently introduced a new permission that allows users to modify the status of employees in bulk. This feature is permission-based and can be enabled or disabled in the user settings.
LOCATION : USER SETTING (PC480) > MANAGE USER GROUP (PC12) > CHECK EXISTING GROUP > MANAGE PERMISSION > ALLOW CHANGE AGENT STATUS (PC1115)
You can change the status for the users to the following:
- Active
- Inactive
- Terminated
- Suspended
- Do Not Rehire
- Lock
- Unlock
As depicted in the image below, the user needs to check the permission and then log out and log back in for the changes to take effect.
Once the permission is modified, the button labeled "BULK CHANGE AGENT STATUS (PC1115)" will become visible to the user under the Employee section, as illustrated in the image below.
When the user clicks on the "BULK CHANGE AGENT STATUS (PC1115)" button, as demonstrated below, this screen will be displayed to the user.
Now, the user needs to upload the CSV file by providing valid details in the file.
Afterward, the user must upload the CSV file and click on the "OK" button, as indicated in the image.
Once the file is successfully uploaded, as demonstrated below, this screen will be presented to the user.
As shown in the images below, the status of the employees is displayed as "INACTIVE."
To verify the changes, the user can review the Bulk Agent Status Upload report, as illustrated below.
